Manual gearboxes
Comprehensive remanufacturing of 5- and 6-speed manual gearboxes for passenger cars, vans and light commercial vehicles. We work on units from VW, Audi, BMW, Ford, Vauxhall, Renault and many other brands. Every gearbox is dismantled, cleaned, fitted with new wear parts, reassembled and bench-tested.
Automatic gearboxes
We specialise in remanufacturing automatic gearboxes including DSG, DCT, ZF, Aisin, Jatco and other popular designs. We perform full diagnostics, oil changes, mechatronic regeneration and replacement of all worn components. After completion, every unit undergoes a dynamic bench test.
Transfer cases
We remanufacture transfer cases and transfer boxes for passenger cars, SUVs, vans and light commercial vehicles. We replace worn bearings, seals, gears and other components, restoring full drivetrain performance.
Differentials
We remanufacture differentials and drive axles for passenger cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. We replace bearings, seals, gears and other worn parts, restoring the original performance of the drivetrain.
